Microsoft .NET Framework Konnte nicht instaliert werden

Hey ich habe ein sehr großes Problem egal was ich versuche ich kann Microsoft .NET Framework einfach nicht Installieren ich habe stundenlang Gegoogelt und nichtsg efunden was mir weiterhilft ich habe hier auch noch den ErrorLog von Microsoft .NET Framework:

Falls mir jemand weiterhelfen kann wäre ich sehr dankbar

Sry aber das hat mir nicht weiter geholfen da steht nur wie das geht usw. nicht wie man probleme behebt aber trotzdem danke das du danach gesucht hast

Oh sry nicht drauf geachtet ich hatte nur die 10€ und Paypal im blick und hab sofort gedacht mann müsse dafür bezahlen

Für das Programm ja und ist in 2 min. fertig dann hoffe ich es geht

Edit: Er Installiert alles gerade und mal schauen ob es geht
