Problem mit Terrian

  • so leute,


    ich muss "mal wieder" um eure Hilfe bitten.

    wie ihr ja auf dem Bild sehen könnt löst sich bei meiner Map im Hintergrund einfach der Boden auf und manche Objekte verschwinden einfach.
    Als wäre das nich schon schlimm genug, stürzt die dann nach ungefähr 1 Minute auch noch ab.
    Hat irgendwer ne Idee, was da sein könnte?

  • also wenn die map nach einiger zeit abstürzt, dann liegt es entweder an einer verbuggten waffe, die dann zum ersten mal zum einsatz kommt, oder 8höchstwahrscheinlich) daran, dass du von irgendwas (einheiten, objekte, wasser?) zu viel hats und battlefront einfach überlastet ist. das das terrain nur so nah dran zu sehen st, die objekte aber nicht, ist komische. kannst du mal deine .sky datei und das bfront2log posten?

  • kannst du bitte das Bfront2log posten? das bfront2log wird von der bf2_modtools.exe generiert, wnen du damit die map spielst. du kannst dir hier eine version davon runterladen, die keine CD benötigt.


    probiere mal unter PC die farscenerange zu erhöhen, dann sieht man evtl. mehr vom terrain.

    das bedeutet normalerwiese, dass du die texture mit RLE-kompression an gespeichert hast, das unterstützt battlefront nicht.

  • So, hab das Problem jetzt gelöst.


    Die Map war tatsächlich überlastet. Hab einfach ein paar Dinge gelöscht, die meiner Meinung nach entbehrlich für die sind.


    Seitdem gehts wieder.

    Das hat da jetzt eh nix ausgemacht, da die Lasertextur eh unbenutzt ist. Hab sie jetzt gelöscht. (Aber das stimmt schon, da war versehentlich RLE-Kompression aktiviert)
